This is a full lesson on how to do the bodywave from what to do to what not to do. I apologize for the length of the video but I felt that most of the things I said and explained were necessary and I guarantee you that you will be able to do the body wave like a pro after watching this tutorial and with some practice. Watch most of the video then skip around to the parts that you need to watch again. This video is meant to help any beginning dancers that want to learn how to do a simple dance move so I’ll tell you now, I am not trying to claim that this is the exact or proper way of doing it, this is just the way I do my body waves and it works for me. Please don’t hate on this video, it’s just a tutorial meant to teach people so leave your hate comments to yourself but I will accept any helpful criticism.
